By downloading, installing, or using ScreenPitch ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on any computers you personally own or control. This license is for personal or commercial use.

3. License Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile the Software
• You may not use the Software to create a competing product
• License keys are personal and may not be shared

4. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of ScreenPitch. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the Software.

5. Updates

Lifetime license holders receive free updates for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, continued updates may require an additional purchase. The Software will continue to function without updates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
