After 30 Days

Refunds after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds for:

• Critical bugs that prevent software use
• Significant changes to software functionality
• Other exceptional circumstances

License Deactivation

Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the software. Continued use after refund is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to blacklist the license key and block future purchases. Please reach out to us first—we're happy to help.
